1. Soothing Oatmeal & Honey Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ground oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

Benefits: Oatmeal is excellent for calming irritated skin and provides gentle exfoliation. Honey is a natural antibacterial and humectant, which means it locks in moisture.
